I would like to commend the whole staff with their dealing of a patient who was not very cooperative because of the time he had to wait. The nurse practitioner was very busy dealing with another patient and an issue so yea it did take some time but the staff was very professional and did not loose their cool. Kudos to them.

I appreciated the entire staff. Specifically, TT was very pleasant, sweet and kind, and Chaya Fellig was extremely knowledgeable, caring and thorough. And Alma was likewise very pleasant and kind. Overall, it was as pleasant experience one could have when you're feeling ill enough to have to go to an urgent care center in the first place. 🙂

Exceptional experience! We only had a few hours before our cruise ship was set to leave. We walked in and were immediately greeted. The front desk explained everything and quickly got us checked in. The nurse and doctor were professional, efficient and cared about my son. I was beyond grateful to have found this facility. Thank you!!!!

Maria was amazing. Professional, courteous and very funny given the circumstances. When we were discussing my symptoms I said “I look like I’ve been hit by a truck” she promptly replied “Yes, you do. I’m not going to lie.” It had me rolling. Aside from her comedic prowess she helped me locate the closest pharmacy since I was visiting Miami for work.
