Frequently Asked Questions
What should I bring to my appointment?
Please bring a photo ID, your insurance card if applicable, and any relevant medical records or notes from your primary care provider.
How often should I get a physical exam or health screening?
It depends on your age, health history, and specific risk factors. We generally recommend annual check-ups, but our providers can offer a schedule tailored to your personal health needs.
What vaccines do I need for traveling?
We provide travel consultations that include reviewing your travel plans and recommending necessary vaccinations based on your destination, duration of stay, and current health advisories.
Is there anything I need to do to prepare for my visit?
For most visits, no special preparation is needed. However, if you are coming in for certain lab tests, such as blood work or screenings that require fasting, we will inform you ahead of time about the necessary preparations. Wear a loose-fitting shirt if you are receiving a vaccination for easier access.
We accept most commercial, government, and state insurances.
