The office is immaculate and welcoming. Everyone was polite and professional and my issue was promptly addressed. The service here is above and beyond what I experienced at another UC in Astoria a few years ago. I wished that a facility like this could offer all services. If they did, I would go here for all of my needs.

Have been to this UC a handful of times and the staff has not been nothing but pleasant! The wait time is pretty minimal and you are out within less than 30 min (depending on what you're dealing with). I had to come back the next day for chest x-ray, as they do not have a tech on-site, they are dispatched to the location when requested - and they come rather quickly (within 20-25 min). Nonetheless, they are quick, professional, and kind!

Clean, fast and reliable urgent care. I have gone here on a few occasions for fast medical assistance and always feel satisfied after my visit. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. On this specific visit, I was even prescribed the medicine I needed in office, saving me a trip to the pharmacy. Would highly recommend.
