I appreciated their communication and issue resolution!I came in for an injured foot with possible fracture. I was immediately greeted and proactively told that there was an issue with the x-ray machine. They recommended I visit their other nearby location (Park Slope), and they offered to order me a cab. I agreed and they arranged the trip and treated me there.While the situation was somewhat inconvenient at first, I really appreciate how they communicated about it and came up with an alternative solution to make sure I received proper treatment. Every time I’ve gone there for the last four years, I’ve had great care and support by the staff and doctors. As Elementary our teacher it’s difficult to not get sick throughout the year. However, every time I’ve been able to get the meds needed, and the questions answered.

It’s such a help having Medrite close to where I live. There are times when you can’t wait 3 days to see your primary care doctor but isn’t urgent and you don’t want to be a burden on the hospital system. Professional, helpful and caring. The wait was less than 45 minutes. Grateful to have this local resource.

Dr Joseph is amazing. He’s been helping me for almost over a year with recurring ENT issues. I have a PCP but this location is perfect for me to get tests done or if I need immediate care. The medical assistants are all super friendly and helpful. Just overall a great atmosphere and a convenient place for last minute tests or minor urgent health issues. The follow up care is also very thorough.
