I appreciated their communication and issue resolution!I came in for an injured foot with possible fracture. I was immediately greeted and proactively told that there was an issue with the x-ray machine. They recommended I visit their other nearby location (Park Slope), and they offered to order me a cab. I agreed and they arranged the trip and treated me there.While the situation was somewhat inconvenient at first, I really appreciate how they communicated about it and came up with an alternative solution to make sure I received proper treatment.
