+MEDRITE Delmar Urgent Care – New York

I wish other medical facilities were this professional, friendly, and efficient!!

We stopped in around 5:30 on a Friday for what I suspected was an ear infection (in my youngest son). I left wondering why I ever bothered going to any other area urgent cares. Seriously, this one was that good. We were in and out in under 45 minutes with no appointment and everyone from the front desk to the medical assistant to the provider were SO nice helpful, and caring. The entire experience was miles ahead of anything we’ve encountered at other local chain urgent cares.

I had excellent help from jasmine clayton and the doctor (not sure if i’m spelling that right). This place is quick, helpful and has very educated professionals

Didn’t actually get checked out, but they were all super nice!

Clinton, Olivia, and Jason were friendly and helpful in fixing a dislocated knee.

Dr. James cimo has experience in diagnosing the patient's condition and the place is clean and quiet, but I was late in the waiting room, but I was happy to meet the doctor.

This facility is my preferred urgent care experience!Everyone here is swift, efficient and kindKeep on keeping on !

If you have been going to other Urgent Care locations like I have, STOP RIGHT NOW! I can not believe the experience I just had at MEDRITE in Delmar. I felt like I was walking into a family business. Smiling faces, employees who wanted to be there, and a supportive environment. They were on point and efficient! No snarly looks coming in 30 minutes before closing. Ellen, the Nurse Practitioner, gave me a lung treatment for my cough after she listened to my lungs, right then and there (!) and I left breathing way better! I tip my hat to the owners, providers, practice manager and staff. Keep up the positive vibe/culture and patient-centric practice you have going on. If I didn’t live in town, I’d drive a distance to come use your services again! Job well done! Thank you!
