Went there multiple time for different reasons and had a good experience every single time. The wait to see a dr wasn’t long and the were super gentle with me as someone who doesn’t like needles. Amazing staff especially Noor, Carmen, and Antoinette. As someone who hates going to see a doctor for any reason I would recommend going here.

Had to do a drug test for a job so I called a day before hand. I spoke to Karla over the phone who handled the situation like a boss. She just asked me a few questions and gave me the details of what was needed and told me what to do. In under 2 minutes she professionally updated me on everything and didn’t waste my time. 👍🏽

Shereda, Antoinette, Judean, and Daezae were all all great staff members who assisted me with my screening for a new job with RedBull. The facility as very clean, the wait wasn’t long at all, I was able to charge my phone. I was also given great health advice I could use for changing diet. If I ever had to do a physical or draw blood, I would 100% return to this location !!

I’m writing this review with gratitude, first let me speak on the pleasant costumer service I received, from Sumayia, who answered the phone, no matter who answers they’re always nice. You’re pleasantly greeted, and ask how they can be of service to you; I called needing assistance with scheduling for primary care. Then I had an issue w/my car service provider that schedules the medical transportation trips. They needed information only the doctor could provide, I must give thanks to God, for it all. Let me express my gratitude to Carmen MD, who is a gem I’m so grateful she was willing to assist me with my inquiry, I haven’t run into to many doctors like this in my life time, she stayed with me until the end and still willing to go above and beyond to make sure my issue is resolved. Thanks so much for the difference you made for me this day Carmen MD your professionalism, kindness, sincere care and concern make everything better and a great encouragement. I’m grateful for you being such a skilled multi tasker in all you do and did. Everyday of my life will be better because of you and your staff. My experience today was bright, the impact of your willingness and compassion to help goes beyond words. I was seen today by Dr. Aundre Walker, he was very nice and caring and helped me to feel better. Also, Rafeena the xray tech was so nice and helpful along with the staff. Definitely recommend. Fast service.

I visited this Urgent care last week and was examined by the provider Shereda Lawrence. I decided to come back today because of the fantastic service I received. She was very professional and answered my question without any hesitation. The rest of the staff was nice and polite. I was in and out very quickly. I am very pleased with the outcome of my visit, I have no doubt I will be back every time as need it. I will recommend Medrite to all of my friends. I truly appreciate Shereda whom I found very delightful because I came in very sick and left feeling so much better than how I came. Thank you to everyone at this Medrite Jamaica.
