+MEDRITE Lenox Hill Urgent Care – Manhattan

I have prevuously used other urgent care centers so this was my first time at this location and MedRite overall.I badly slashed my foot on the top of an opened can...so dirty very metal on the bottom of my footer and outer edge. I was seen very rapidly receiving a thorough exam of the injury resulting in stitches and a tetnus shot. It was very painful however this wasn't the fault of the doctor, it was how bad the slash on my foot was.I very much appreciated that the doctor called and followed up the following day.I've never experienced that before from an urgent care center. She suggested I come in the next day to see how things were going given that I was still in a great deal of pain. The level of interest and care has been remarkable and unexpected based on using other urgent care centers.The nurse was also very nice and helpful...taking care with my back issues even though the injury was to the foot.She definitely kept in mind how I was positioned once I told her of my back chronic problems.I would absolutely go back and highly recommend this facility and level of care.

i am so in love with this team they are all amazing and so helpful. the doctors were able to fix a nose issue i have been having for months that not even highly trainedENT doctors could help with. HIGHLY recommend this location they are phenomenal!!

I really appreciate the attention the manager Dan ( at the 64th and Lex Med Rite) gave to this by having me retest the PCR which did finally show an accurate result of positive after 2nd time. I also appreciate Alana paying attention when she phoned me & I explained my concern. I also appreciate the attention to accuracy by PA Moreno. Thank you Med Rite for excellent service & the follow up resolved the situation.
