They only had 6 minutes before closing and were kind enough to let me in, I had cut my finger, they cleaned it, put a glue to keep cut closed, gave me a tetanus shot and were so friendly. Jonathan and the Dr on that night 7/18/24 were the best a patient could ask for. I recommend this place to anyone.

The Staff was excellent but MedRite has to do better to show their workers are valued. They had no water for 2 days now and the poor staff could not even use their own bathrooms. You need to send catered food and a porter potty when this happens. 2 phone calls would let your staff feel appreciated. Gotta do better for the staff when emergencies happen is what I mean. The Staff was super professional. Lucky u have that staff at 225th

From the moment I arrived, Alexis, who assisted me, stood out for her informative and kind demeanor. She took the time to explain the sign-in process thoroughly, addressing any concerns I had with patience and clarity.The efficiency of the urgent care was impressive. Despite it being a Friday, I was pleasantly surprised to find myself in and out of the facility in less than 20 minutes. The streamlined process, combined with Alexis' professionalism, made the visit seamless and stress-free.
