Great staff very friendly and professional - Natalie and Sahid are two of the staff members who’s names I remembered but the entire staff was very welcoming and attentive.

Update: Used their service twice lately and experience was great. Fast and effective. So they just need to find a way to expedite check-in process for first timers, then it would be perfect. Once you are in the system, no need for cumbersome online form fillings.Below is previous review based on my son’s experience as first time visitor.My son needs to have his infected left foot checked out urgently around 4:45pm 09/12. When we took him there, we were told to check in on-line. The system asked for a lot of information including the kid's photo and our ID in its place. It's very hard to enter so many details on the phone. The system was very cumbersome and another women waiting there was clearly struggling, too. This could be quite frustrating and makes no sense since it's an "URGENT" care. I hope they could find a better middle way, or more flexible in dealing with urgent cases, like putting in system basic info first, and then add more detailed info while waiting for doctor.the manager called back and explained the situation, saying that staff are always ready to help and compassionate toward their work. I hope this review could serve as a reminder for the clinic to try to accommodate different urgent situations in a better way, and make it a better place to serve the community.

In and out in about 20 minutes! Broke any record at any medical office i have ever been to and i'm 60 with multiple conditions! Staff was so awesome to me as well. I went in sick and walked out feeling better with only the warm reception and care 8 out of 5 stars ❤️
