From start to finish great experience…from the sense of ease to move through the process to the people involved who were cheerful, reasonable, and professional

In and out in about 20 minutes! Broke any record at any medical office i have ever been to and i'm 60 with multiple conditions! Staff was so awesome to me as well. I went in sick and walked out feeling better with only the warm reception and care 8 out of 5 stars ❤️

They were great from the time I walked in the door with my injured child and left. We had a hard time at first just because insurance on a holiday and the lady who was at the desk was calm and explained everything so well and let me know exactly is going to happen. Once that was all cleared up and my child was seen the way the treated her was so great. They made her laugh, when she felt pain they comforted her, they treated how all people should be treated and I love that!! If ever I’m in Manhattan again and have an emergency I’d definitely go there!

Update: 5/9/2024 - Judging by my numerous reviews here, you would think I was a hypochondriac and you might not be too far off the mark! Let me reiterate one more time (but certainly not the last time I'm sure) how wonderful I think this MEDRITE is. I stopped by today as I was feeling something strange on my left side above my hip area (muscular/skeletal?) and wanted to rule out something more sinister. I was greeted by Gleirys who could not have been more welcoming, kind and reassuring. Special thank you to Heaven and Daniel the PA who took wonderful care of me with their reassuring manner and professionalism. Sometimes I think I get better care here than from some of the physicians I see where I always feel rushed.Thank you again for the excellent care MEDRITE! Everyone is very nice. The wait is usually very short. The PAs are very thorough. I was able to get a script for an mri there for my swollen tendon. They are wonderful ❤️

The staff is very kind and patient, will walk you through any questions you have with clarity and patience and are very open to listen.
