I recently visited med rite park slope and had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Yoav. I cannot express enough how impressed I was with the level of care and professionalism I received.From the moment Dr. Yoav entered the room, I felt at ease. Their warm and friendly demeanor immediately put me at comfort during a stressful time. They took the time to listen to all my concerns and patiently answered all my questions, ensuring I fully understood my diagnosis and treatment plan.What stood out the most was their thoroughness and attention to detail. They conducted a comprehensive examination and went above and beyond to ensure that nothing was overlooked. Their expertise and knowledge were evident, and I felt completely confident in the care I was receiving.Moreover, Dr. Yoav exhibited genuine empathy and compassion. 10/10 for peace of mind, cleanliness, and efficiency. I went to this location in a panic (as a walk-in) and Monica greeted me at the front desk. She could not have been more patient and informative.Shortly thereafter, I was escorted to an exam room by an assistant, Aalaysia, who was another breath of fresh air. Calm, skilled, very detailed, and reassuring.Katelyn, the PA who cared for me, was thorough and compassionate. She went above and beyond to give me peace of mind in a scary moment.And Glenn, office manager, was friendly, kind, and super considerate. I also liked how he supported and guided newer staff members.I almost never write reviews but the staff here was exceptional and carried themselves with palpable integrity. Going to urgent care sucks, but if you gotta do it, this is the place I’d choose.

This is my second experience at MedRite on 4th Avenue and at Carroll street. I went in feeling terrible (for Covid but with an unrelated broken toe) and the Manager was especially kind, moving me into an exam room right away so that I would be more comfortable than staying in the waiting room. I was seen quickly, in and out in about 15 minutes. Highly recommend this for urgent care and when your medical practice is closed for a holiday.

I received such quick, personable, and thoughtful care while at this Medrite location! Glenn and his team went out of their way to help sort out an issue with my insurance card so I could be seen for my knee injury right away, then made sure that I was well informed through every part of my appointment. Being injured definitely sucks but I left feeling way better than I had when I arrived. I can't recommend them enough!

Best urgent care experience I've ever had in NYC. The most kind, attentive, helpful, and informative staff I've encountered. Everyone from the receptionists to the medical staff couldn't have been better. Highly recommended over their main competitor.

This was the first time that I went to this urgent care. The office is clean and the staff is friendly and professional. I was seen in a timely manner and the doctor was able to take care of my problem. I will definitely go back there anytime my regular doctor is not available. It is very convenient for me to get there as it’s a few stops on the train. I will recommend anyone I know to go there if the need a doctor.

From the front desk to the x-Ray technician to the physician- was cohesive proficiency, excellence and kindness. My go to spot and would highly recommend.
