Best experience I've had at an urgent care, I called ahead to let them know I was having an allergic reaction. They had people waiting for me and ready to go with benedryl and steroid injections. The nurses (or MAs) and doctor were so attentive and kind. I really appreciated that care in such a scary situation!

I visited the Tribeca location for treatment and was extremely pleased. The front desk and nursing team were great. I thought Kristi Russo, PA was excellent and very caring. The facility is very clean and efficient. Highly recommend for FiDi.

Very quick from start to finish. I wasn't planning to leave a review, but I paid a deductible payment during my last visit, and apparently, part of my deductible had already been satisfied. I got a call a few days ago from someone to let me know that they had processed a partial refund - I have never received a partial refund for any payments at a doctors office. I was really blown away and I wanted to say thank you to Medrite for quality care, speed, and ultimately the honesty on the billing end. Kudos to a healthcare organization still watching their patients backs.

The lady who did the test (Alyssa?) was wonderfully patient with my young daughter and made her feel at ease the whole time. The testing was quick and efficient, and I was very satisfied with the entire experience.
